Traveled to San Diego to move our daughter into her college apartment. I booked with Cynthia based on her Premier Host status and positive reviews. Since our car was packed with our daughters' belongings, being able to park in the driveway was a huge extra perk! Cynthia's property is very nice and welcoming. The rental is a cute little cottage tucked behind her home. It's private, clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. San Diego was going through a bit of a heatwave during our stay and the air conditioner in this place is AWESOME! I was so thankful that it worked so great and the place was kept cool and comfortable. There are a lot of nice little touches throughout. She has put a lot of love and pride into decorating this home and made excellent use of the space. Right off the bedroom is a private patio complete with chairs and is adorably decorated. Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend a lot of time in the home because we were so busy moving our daughter into her apartment, but I did make sure to at least spend some time on the patio. Location of home is tucked into a neighborhood but right outside the neighborhood is easy access to the freeway and short distance to a lot of touristy areas, including the airport. I had the opportunity to personally meet Cynthia, and she was so friendly. We chatted like a couple of friends! Her sweet dog Hercules even came out to greet me while we were chatting. I would definitely stay her again.
