Stroll along the oceanfront boardwalk, where you’ll find funky surf shops, hip beach bars, and trendy cafes. Less than a two minute walk from the iconic Belmont Park, with its carnival atmosphere, and right across the street from Mission Bay. Just a few minutes drive from Sea World (2 miles), the San Diego International Airport (5 miles), Gas Lamp District (8 miles), and world famous San Diego Zoo (10 miles)! You can enjoy gorgeous ocean-view sunrises in the morning and romantic sunsets in the evening from the private rooftop deck.

Sleeps maximum of 5. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sleeper. Travel worry-free as the condo is equipped with all necessary kitchen supplies, linens, beach and bath towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner.

Great location, very clean, excellent communication from host! Make sure to pack a marker and some paper for tandem parking (they will explain before you arrive), otherwise you’ll have to buy that when you get there.

you couldn't see the beach clearly from the property in the sense that there wasn't any outside space that directly faced the ocean. the property was clean and well presented but the coffee machine hadn't been cleaned and resulted in spillage when I tried to use it.The host was contactable via the app. We didn't use the laundry facilities.

The host was wonderful. The place was clean and very well kept. I got my information on how to check in a timely manner and was even assisted when I had technical difficulties. We appreciate the welcome basket and the location to the beach. The removal of 2 stars was due to the parking. We had to share parking with 2 other strangers. We had to leave our phone number in the window of our car so we could shuffle our cars out. Most mornings I had to go out in my pjs to move our car so someone could get out. One night we stayed out late and was worried we would not have parking. Luckily we were ok. This is not how I want to vacation. Thank you for your hospitality but we just do not recommend with this type of parking situation.

Amazing location right on the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of places to eat at nearby. Saw dolphins and plenty of surfers in the mornings. Comfy beds, nice TVs, lotsa beach toys. Cool rooftop area to grill and lookout on the beach. Parking was a bit of a pain having to keep moving cars around with the others staying there, but no major issues. Electric grill wouldnt light so had to find a lighter to do it by hand, overhead light in bedroom wouldnt work, main TV wont connect to the wifi, and it took us a whole day to find the kitchen light switches (under the kitchen counter?!) lots of interesting foot traffic walking by at all times, but we enjoyed the stay! Hosts were very responsive

The property was exactly as listed. We had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and pillows.Being able to go to the rooftop to see the ocean while II enjoyed my morning coffee as well as the sunset was fantastic. The location allows easy access to everything along Mission Beach was within walking distance. Being steps from the beach was the best part.The condo was clean and well supplied for everything from beach and ocean items to enough glasses and cookware to make a meal. It was also great to have an in unit washer and dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed our thanksgiving stay and would highly recommend this property.

The beach view was amazing! The roof top deck was so nice. The condo was very clean and there were also beach toys for our kids to play with. The parking was a bit of a headache to be honest. Tandem parking is not ideal, but it’s not that big of a deal considering you are right next to the beach. Be aware that this unit is not right up against the beach, there is another unit that overlooks the beach directly. It’s not that big of a deal though. The condo really was beautiful. A ton of upgrades, and the host was very helpful in making sure we knew exactly what to expect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed if you book your California stay here.

We loved our stay at this beach house! It was super clean, had comfy beds, and the welcome basket with water, treats, and wine was such a nice touch. The rooftop grill was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home. Best of all, the location was amazing—just steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 had a great time and the size of the apt was perfect for us. It had all the accessories you'd need as well as some extras like a chest full of beach toys and several boogie boards to use. The small complex is right off the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. It's about a 5 min walk to Belmont park and Luigi's Pizza. A Starbucks is also nearby. It has a stacked washer and dryer, large fridge, oven, stove and microwave, breakfast nook and counter seating. The rooftop "patio" had great views of the beach and hills and is accessed by a spiral staircase. Overall, we had a great time during our first trip to San Diego and it was perfect for our needs.
