The house was as advertised and in a perfect location. Finding it was a little difficult in the dark, but we had a great vacation and would stay there again. The decks were top notch and enjoyed by all.

Great location walking distance to a lot of good things great view from top deck. House was not cleaned properly. Big stains on blankets. Sand on upstairs bathroom and makeup stains on towel. Big hair clump in second bedroom on the floor by night stand. Dishes with stains on the rim had to wash them before using. Neighbor is a drug dealer knocks on door multiple time can’t walk by their property because their dog jumps out the window and barks ant you is 90 lbs pitbull.

This house was exactly as advertised. We would recommend it and would book it again. Positives were cleanliness, comfortable beds, convenient location, washer & dryer, quiet neighborhood and proixmity to the beach. Also nice that there was a small convenience store just around the corner - easy to run down and pick something up. We did not use the decks very much but these would be great in warmer weather! Also, the leasing company was very good to deal with. We had no problems but it was nice that they reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. There are a few things to be aware of. The master bedroom is not super dark due to a window above the sink area with no blinds. There is not a lot of privacy in the master bedroom for the shower and sink area but this did not bother us. The garage is off of an alley and it is very tight getting in and out. We just had one car so I could not speak to parking for a 2nd vehicle. We would definitely recommend and would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 if it was more updated.

Superb communication! Loved the easy access to the beach. Our favorite thing was the rooftop fire pit with lots of seating. We enjoyed that every evening! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equiped. We really appreciated that there were plenty of beach chairs to use.

Our family of 6 adults, two teens and one toddler stayed here four nights. The teens loved the rooftop with a big firepit (we all did really!) and gorgeous views. The kitchen was a great layout and nicely stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. Beds were comfy, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and lots of outdoor spaces although we only used the rooftop because it was on the chilly side & the firepit kept us toasty. We had a couple minor issues to which the hosts responded immediately. Great location to the beaches, pathway, coffee shops and food vendors. Love Mission Beach. Would love to stay at this property again.

Our host was excellent about communicating and eager to help out if anything was amiss but nothing was. The property was wonderful, the best in the area by a long margin! Such great views from the top deck, a super well-equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable, everything worked including a super clean grill on the patio, a nice little market only a few steps away, fans where needed, a/c and heat worked well, usable garage for parking in an area where that's a definite plus, extremely short walks to the beach and bay, friendly neighbors – wow!

4th of July Family weekend!

Stay was great! House is a great location and everything worked really well. Can’t beat the views for fireworks and overall beach access. Would definitely stay here again and probably will.

Awesome location!!!!

This house was fantastic! The kitchen was well-stocked, and the master bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet, was wonderful. The rooftop view is absolutely stunning, offering incredible sights of both the ocean and the bay, all within walking distance. There are plenty of nearby dining options, and even a market for convenient breakfast items if needed. It’s a very comfortable property, and I highly recommend it!

Great Stay in Mission Beach

We rented this place with another family and all fit without any issues. The patios are amazing, the highest roof top patio has a perfect view of sea world fireworks and literally is above all other houses. you could see in all directions for miles. Area is pretty quite, which surprised me because of the proximity to the bars. Check in and out was a breeze. We will absolutely be booking again.

Awesome beach getaway

Perfect location between bay and beach! We went to both everyday. SeaWorld fireworks viewed from top deck were delightful. We hope to return to this house. The whole family loved it. House was very well equipped with everything we needed.

Beautiful place to watch the fireworks at night from the rooftop. Fireplace was great, too. Kitchen well-appointed. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards. It was a wonderful place for family. Noce and quiet at night. Nice neighborhood.

the house was great for us we were able to relax and cook and utilize the outdoor space despite the weather - the only downsize was the size of the garage it’s virtually impossible to get two cars in the garage - other than that it worked out very well for all of us

Perfect San Diego beach getaway

Great property! Plenty of rooms, great balconies! One block to the ocean, and a store for staples right out the back door. An easy walk up to Belmont park, restaurants, and bike rentals. It's an easy drive/Uber into town as well. Would definitely stay again. Such a great stay!

Awesome location!

We had an amazing time in Mission Beach/Bay and Belmont Park! The location of this property is perfect, with both the beach and the bay (plus restaurants, bars, free parking) just a short walk away. Amazing views from the roof! We will be back.
