Our charming 2- bedroom, 1- bath, beach condo sits in the heart of Mission Beach, just steps to the boardwalk and beach.
Our condo comes complete with everything you should need for your stay! Forget packing your beach gear - we have you covered with bodyboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, & sand toys. Unwinding on our spacious patio is perfect for your morning coffee, enjoying meals, or to simply watch the world pass by.
Our kitchen is fully-equipped and in addition, we have a propane grill for you to use. The unit has ceiling fans in each room, which helps to stay cool in the summer season. For entertainment we have smart TVs with cable and high-speed WIFI are all at your disposal. No need to drive around to find parking, this unit has its own covered tandem carport that provides parking for two standard SUV's.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, smart tv and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds and a spacious closet, while the living room offers a queen size pull-out sofa. The unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guest.

This unit truly is in a PRIME LOCATION! We are walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, shops and grocery stores. If your family wants to visit SeaWorld, it's just a 7 minute drive and the San Diego Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. Venture further to explore Little Italy's farmers market, Coronado, Gaslamp District, Old Town, La Jolla, Garnet Avenue shops, or Fashion Valley Mall.

Need more space? We also have a 3- bedroom unit upstairs ( VRBO #267598). Renting both units is ideal for family reunions or large groups seeking togetherness with a touch of privacy.

Great host. Steps from the beach. Used the provided chairs and frisbee a lot. 3 beds plus a sleeper sofa was perfect for me and 2 teens. Easy walk to Belmont Park and :20 walk or quick bus ride to restaurants in Pacific Beach.

Clean and very close to beach

Angela’s beach house was great! Very clean and many things updated in the home. My wife and I stayed with our three grown kids. We’ll probably stay in the larger upstairs portion of the house next time. Downstairs is ideal if you have younger children. Angela gives you many great suggestions for places to eat as well as resources for activities. She is also quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks Angela! Next time we head to the beach we’ll be booking with you.

Perfect little Vrbo close to the beach!

Or Vrbo was perfect for my husband, myself, and my 5 year old granddaughter. It was nice and clean and just steps from the beach. The weather was not the best but we spent a lot of time going to the wonderful park just down the road and visiting Belmont Park. We would definitely stay here again!

October on mission bay

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. The location was excellent. It was amazing to wake up or watch sunset just 40 or so steps to the beach. The place was perfect for our family of two adults and one child. The only reason I have four stars for cleanliness was just because of some dust under the beds and in the blinds/ceiling fans. Sand was inevitable because you are so close to the beach. Amenities were amazing and Angela, the owner was very responsive and quick to fix a small problem when we were there. Make sure if you rent a car that it is small as parking in mission beach is very tight. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Summer Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation! This home was a perfect place for us to stay during our time in San Diego It was few steps to the boardwalk and beach. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants as well. Angela was great to work with and we truly appreciated how responsive she was. Loved our stay in Mission Beach this year. Perfect for our family. Steps from the beach and only a few blocks from Belmont (but not too close, so you can’t hear the action). Great Location

Check-in process was smooth and great communication with the owner. Great location. My kids said "only 90 steps to the beach." Walk to mission bay is easy so made it doable to carry our paddleboards to the bay. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. Parking spot was a bit tight for our Tahoe but wouldn't deter us from staying there again.

Thanksgiving getaway

From the start, the property owner communicated well and provided us with detail instructions on how to checkin, amenities offered, and great suggestions for places to eat and local activities. The location is prime! You can hear the waves from the patio and even see the sunset. The only small negative is if there are guests in the upper unit you hear every footstep and chair move.
