SLEEPING ACCOMODATION BREAKDOWN:
Bedroom 1: One Queen sized bed with private restroom. Closet and hangers available. This is the master.

Bedroom 2: Two Twin sized beds. Closet and hangers available.

Bedroom 3: One Full sized bed. Closet and hangers available.

Fifth Bed:
- This is a Queen sized bed inflatable mattress - the comfy ones with a headrest and built-in pump!
- The mattress, linens, pillows and comforter are located in Bedroom 1 in the closet.
- Best location to set this up is likely in the living room.

CHECK IN:
- All check in's are at 3:00pm. If the space is available earlier we will let you know!
- Please relax and kick off your shoes at the entrance! This helps keep the floors and rugs clean for all of our guests.

COOLING & HEATING:
- Our home is equipped with a through wall AC Unit. It is located in the living room.
- Rooms are equipped with tower fans (8-speeds!) for everyone’s comfort during the summer.
- Our home has fully functional central heating for the colder months and of course extra blankets! :)

ACCOMODATIONS:
- Please note we restrict accommodations to 8 people so that everyone has a dedicated space to rest comfortably.
- If you have more than 8 people, please do let us know in advance.

PARKING
- Two car parking directly available on property.
- Plenty of street parking should your group have more than two vehicles.
- We ask that you only use the garage to wash and dry if needed. Please do not park inside the garage.

SECURITY
- Ring camera at entryway.
- 1x Garage Flood Light camera and 1x Side entryway flood light cameras on property actively recording for security purposes.

BACKYARD PATIO
- Outdoor space has a dining area, propane grill and lawn games to enjoy with family and friends.
- There are grilling tools under the stove and a fire extinguisher if needed.
- Please close the propane tank valve after every use and use the cleaning brush / spray to prevent build up.

FIREPLACE
- Our home has a fireplace, however please Do Not fire it up!
- We want to keep everyone as safe as possible :)

PET POLICY
- There are no pets allowed on the property. Thank you for understanding!
- Subject to a $350 fee.

SMOKING POLICY
- Absolutely no smoking on the property - inside or backyard.
- Subject to a $500 cleaning fee.

EXPRESS CHECKOUT
- Check outs are at 10:00am.
- Please turn off the lights, utilities and lock windows and doors.
- Please load the dishwasher with any used dishes and turn on the cycle on your way out.
- This is a vacation, leave any detailed cleaning to us! :)
