I booked this location because it had a gym and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately during my stay, the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the gym at the hotel had broken equipment with signage indicating that the machines were non operational. Plus there was no light switch in the gym so exercising on the treadmill (the only machine that was working) had to be done in the dark. It’s not what I expected for a “Hilton” brand name hotel.

I am so sorry for That your stay was not better, we are aware of the carpets. and we do shampoo them on a regular basis. I will be sure to talk to my night agent about making coffee earlier, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

Property was adequate. Issue with staff, not very knowledgeable; I was assured I’d be able to get a late check out by one team member for no fee, then the next day was told they would not accommodate this, nor would they hold on to my luggage until my red eye flight, the latter of which I’ve never had a hotel state before.

They have a good staff, very nice. My only complaint is that there where a few things that could have been fixed the sprinkler in our room was just hanging not flush to the ceiling, there was a metal bracket sticking out of one of the beds, and the shower curtain was torn. The breakfast was good and the gym was great and had fun at the heated pool, hot tube didn’t work though.

Only issue I had was they texted me saying I needed to not slam my door, but we wasn’t even in our room when they sent me that text. Literally left the room at 6 am for a graduation came back around 2pm and then headed back out at 5pm returned back to the hotel at 11pm. They sent me a text message at 8:15pm. Totally was not us slamming doors. It wasn’t an email that was sent it was a personal text to my cellphone. Terrible!!!! And the way they sent that text was automatically assuming it was us.

I like the service of the check in counter Teala. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. What I did not like is the room was not clean even on the second day. I appreciate there’s complimentary breakfast however there’s limited choices.

Everything seemed fine when we arrived until the next door people arrived around 2:00 A.M. They had really loud music and being loud. Some persons went there to let them know to lower the volume but only worked for awhile. This went on until 6:00 in the morning. It was on the first floor and management didn’t do anything to resolve this matter. We were really disappointed because when we left no one asked us how was our stayed with them.
