Quick girls trip to SA - the house was clean, modern and centrally located. We didn't use the kitchen but it was fully equipped. We used the hot tub each evening which was a nice touch to the trip. We will be back!

Had a great stay at this home. About a 20 minute walk to the Alamo and Riverwalk. Enjoyed using the hot tub both nights we were there. Would stay again. Shower tile in the bathroom needed some attention and water leaked out from under the glass panel, but nothing that towels couldn’t take care of.

Stunning, super clean and cozy home! The house met all our needs, great location, a short walk to local restaurants and all the sites including the Riverwalk, quick access to the highway…we enjoyed soaking in the hottub at the end of the day. We had excellent communication with the hosts. This place is a true gem! We hope to stay here when we visit San Antonio again!

UTSA Spring Break ‘99 Crew

Great place to reunite with friends of 20+ years. A dear friend lost his mother recently and we decided to get together to celebrate life and friendship. Everyone plus, my min pin, Tiny had a lovely time. Also, I knew we were right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown, but the location was so quiet and private. Will be staying here again when in SA.

Lovely property

From booking all the way through to check out was a smooth easy process. Communication was faultless (often with an instant reply to a question!) The property is well equipped with lovely touches and it was spotless. Location is tucked away in a neighborhood, with easy walking access to restaurants and all the sites - great to escape to at the end of the day. As a group of 4 we had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend it.

Lavaca guest house

Great location if you enjoy wandering around some of the well known and lesser known areas of San Antonio. You will be less than a mile to the riverwalk, the King William district and have walking access to the great bars and restaurants in Southtown. The guest house had plenty of room for two couples. Everything was updated and clean. Parking was easy. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on another visit.

Business Meeting at Henry Gonzalez Convention Center

Just returned home from our trip to San Antonio and this property exceeded our expectations in every way. The home itself was immaculate, the owner was responsive to our needs (we happen to meet them during our visit, and they made sure everything was in good order), and the location was perfect for my meetings at the Convention Center. A pleasant walk to meetings and the Riverwalk. Well Done!

Darling place

The location, accommodations, cleanliness and communication with the hosts were all that we were hoping for. There is a train nearby that runs more often at night, it can be a little noisy.
