The Space:

The main house is two stories with a bedroom on the first floor with easy access to the half bath and three bedrooms on the second floor - each with a full en suite bathroom. Studio above the garage adds a fifth bedroom with full en suite bathroom. Studio is accessible by outside staircase or directly from the second floor of the main home via covered walkway. Enjoy views of the Alamodome or the Tower of the Americas from almost every room in the home.



Garage access - One car garage and parking space for one car in driveway. Additional parking on street if needed with guest permit.



- First Floor

Study - first room to the right as you enter the home has two luxury Posh+Lavish Oeko-Tex Certified Twin XL beds and Room darkening shades. This room does not have a closet but does have a dresser which provides ample drawer space. Enjoy a 50” Samsung 4K UHD TV - Internet enabled so you can log in to your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime accounts. This room is off of the main Living, Dining, and Kitchen area. Guests will utilize the half bath adjacent to the Kitchen but will need to share a full bath with another guest on the second floor.



Living Room -with Large sectional sofa which provides comfortable seating for larger groups. Enjoy a 65” Samsung 4K UHD TV - Internet enabled so you can log in to your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime accounts. This room can accommodate the use of up to two additional floor mattresses as needed.

Dining Room – Large dining table with seating for eight **Please note that the dining chairs have been changed since photos were taken**. Photos will be updated soon!

Kitchen – Large island with additional seating for 4. Fully stocked with Dishes/silverware to accommodate 12, Serving Utensils, Grilling utensils, Full set of kitchen and steak knives, Keurig Coffee / Tea station, Condiments – Avocado Oil, salt, pepper, organic spices, paper towels, sponges, dish and hand soap, Dishwasher incl dishwasher detergent, Microwave, Small appliances – toaster, blender, Gas stove and oven.



- Second Floor

Laundry – Two Full size HE front load washers and dryers located off Second Floor hallway. Available ironing board and Iron. Laundry detergent provided.

-Unit rental include coffee, tea, reverse osmosis drinking water, linens, towels, hair dryers, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, etc.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked closet and a locked cabinet used for supplies.



The Neighborhood:

Southtown is just south of downtown right near the King William District, with S. Alamo running through the heart of the district. This is where you can experience the 'puro' San Antonio - where all the best local restaurants, bars, and things to do can be found! This place gets rockin’ during the First Friday of the month, where everyone comes out to see local artists, drink beer, and listen to live music. Be sure to stop by over at The Friendly Spot for some beers, Bar America for some cocktails, and chips and salsa over at Rosarios!



Riverwalk access is a few steps, passing beautiful historic homes to the entrance to the Riverwalk hike and bike trails and canoe /kayak access point.



Getting Around:

A 15 minute drive from the airport. This area is very pedestrian friendly and boasts easy access to multiple bike share stations and the San Antonio bus system Viva route.
