The rooms are well maintained and staff are responsive. Good location is what brings us back repeatedly for our sports tournament stays.

Our 1st stay at a Drury Inn & I will look for them now whenever we travel. The facility was lovely, the room was clean & comfortable, but the employees are their greatest asset, very friendly & accommodating. It was great to be offered a hot meal & few drinks to unwind the evening we arrived and the breakfast the next morning was also more than we expected.

The free dinner onsite was very convenient after a long day of driving. We took advantage of the free meals for 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts, all three meals were good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were happy that we could park our vehicle near the pool door entrance so that it was easy to carry our suitcases in.

The property was centrally located making it easy to get to local attractions. There was plenty of dining options nearby and the mall was within a 5 minute drive. Local traffic is heavy during rush hours.

Before booking I called to ask about the hours for the airport shuttle because my friend had a very early flight. I was told that the shuttle was 24hrs. So we chose to book based on that information. When we checked in we were told that the shuttle doesn't begin service until 4:30, which was too late for the flight. We reserved an Uber the night before the flight instead. When checking out at 3:30 the hotel clerk asked if we needed a ride on the free shuttle 🙄. He explained that the shuttle began service at 3:30. Unfortunately this was too close to our Uber pick up time so it was too late to cancel. That is a total of three conversations with three different employees and three different answers Seems as though management needs to do a better job of...managing

I finished visit in a V A emergency room at 1230 am and made the reservation online at approximately 11pm. Called the drury and explained the situation and they were wonderful. They did not hesitate to help me out and i had a room at 1 am... i may change hotels in the future

Outdated!!!
While the outside of the hotel is nice, the rooms are really out dated!!!!!!! There are only 8 tv channels! They have free breakfast and the staff were nice but I will pass on this hotel next time.

All in all a good choice
This is clearly an older building that could use some updating particularly to the bathrooms. The plumbing fixtures in the bathtub/shower combo are probably 20+ years old and a bit creaky. The sink drained slowly. That said, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel provided a free breakfast buffet which was surprisingly good with a pretty wide selection of items. It also offered an early evening snack which could easily substitute for dinner since the selection in the buffet was quite extensive including salad, pulled pork sliders, hot dogs, nachos, mac and cheese, and soup. Also included were up to three drink coupons for wine, beer, limited cocktails and soft drinks. This certainly added value. Also, room was quiet despite proximity to the airport.
