The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and well-maintained surroundings, providing a comfortable and safe environment for your stay. You'll find a blend of convenience and tranquility, making it an ideal base for your San Antonio adventures.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze! You'll find yourself conveniently located near major transportation routes. The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is just a quick 5-10 minute drive away, making arrival and departure a stress-free experience. For those who prefer to explore without a car, while there aren't specific public transit stops directly at the property, the proximity to the highway offers easy access to bus routes and ride-sharing services. Parking is available with two dedicated driveway spots, ensuring you have a secure place to park your vehicles throughout your stay. Enjoy the ease of access to both the airport and downtown San Antonio, allowing you to explore the city with maximum convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Wheelchairs: Stairs to front door. Shower is wheelchair accessible.



HOA has strict silent hour at 7pm after that time, you'd have to quiet down.

Agreement rules are enforced strictly.



Rules

➢Please don't flush anything in toilets, $300 fee if clogged

➢Non smoking home

➢Be mindful of the neighbors and keep your noise level to an appropriate level. (There is a minut decibel detector in the home. It records noise level.)



Before Checking Out

➢Properly bag up all trash, tie it and leave it at the kitchen

➢Clean up dining table, Wash dishes and leave them on counter

➢Leave used bath towels in the bathtub



Additional fees may apply:

➢$1000 Smoking Fee (Cigarettes, Weed, Hookah, etc)

➢Damage Compensation (You will cover full amount for furniture damages)

➢$50 Late Check Out Fee (Will apply without a 30 minute heads up)
