This historical building is over a 100 years old and has a lot of charm. You are within walking distance of the historic Pearl Brewery and the Riverwalk. Ft. Sam Houston, Trinity University, Downtown, Brackenridge Park and the SA Zoo are minutes away. You can catch a riverboat taxi and take a tour of Downtown or you can simply take a stroll in the neighborhood and dine in some of the restaurants, while listening to live music. You can visit our 5 famous San Antonio Missions, with the most notable of all, the Alamo. There is also the San Fernando Cathedral. This apartment is a private apartment and does not have any shared spaces. This is one out of 4 apartments in the building and all 4 are rented as B&B's. Each apt is over 1100 sq ft of living space. The apt is decorated very meticulously and everything is top of line from Pottery Barn, West Elm, etc. to the art on the walls. There is covered parking in the back. My space is very warm, inviting and most of all very comfortable. You will have a 4K UHD 55in TV in the living room, cable/HBO and and a blu ray player for a redbox night.
