The "Avio" apartment is located on the ground floor and features a modern living room with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, crockery, and cookware), 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and a terrace, and the other with 2 single beds), and a stylish bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Outside, there is a spacious area with a covered veranda where you can relax or dine, along with some outdoor furniture.

The apartment also includes a laundry area with a washing machine and a storage room, shared with guests of the Perla accommodation.

The building was constructed with attention to detail and high-quality materials to ensure greater comfort and modern amenities.

Additionally, there is private parking next to the property, which is very convenient in such a busy area.

The entire property is private and independent. Only the laundry room and the large outdoor parking area are shared with the neighboring accommodation.

For hiking and nature lovers, we recommend two culturally significant trails: the 'Sentiero dei Fani,' a charming naturalistic route through lush vegetation in the Maldive Zone of Salento; and, a little further along, at Torre Pali, the 'Isola della Fanciulla' trail, a scenic path running parallel to the eponymous beach.
