Initial impression on arrival was off-putting as steep alley entry led to gravel parking area with weedy seating area for a distant, limited ocean view. Entry was through laundry room, very dark so need to turn light switch on to right of door upon entry. Impression improved a lot once opening the door into the living area. Confusion over access...

'This place is a gem. The 2 bedroom 1 bath is the downstairs floor of a house and the hosts Kira and Chris live upstairs. There is workout equipment, a small Kitchen, Living Room with TV & Stereo, and sofas for lounging about in the common area. For the Hockey enthusiast there is alot of memorabilia showcased in the common area. Right outside the living area is a hottub ready and waiting.
