The location is ideal for spending fantastic holidays by the sea.The house is equipped with all community amenities, including an outdoor community parking lot without an assigned space, garden with a private swimming pool exclusive to the White Houses.It has two double rooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, all with built-in wardrobes, and a full bathroom with a shower. In addition, it has a spacious living-dining room furnished with TV, sofa bed, table and chairs, with access to a spectacular 20-metre terrace with views and access to the sea. The open kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and appliances, including a dishwasher.IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNTTourist tax not included in the price. Payment will be requested prior to arrival.A deposit of €500 with a credit card will also be required.
