Villa Nena is located in Monte de Los Almendros which is one of the best urbanizations in Andalusia. It belongs to the municipality of Salobreña, which is one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, with its white houses, its Arab castle on a rock, its charming beaches, separated by the Rock (former Phoenician cemetery). The views of the house are sensational, you can see the Arabian castle that illuminated at night makes you dream of times past, the beautiful beaches, the mountains and the village of Salobreña.

The land on which the house is built has 800m2 and the house has 300m2.

The house has two floors:
- Ground floor with an apartment with two beds furniture, a large sofa, a bar furniture and a bathroom. It is connected to the pool area by a sliding door.
- First floor with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace. The views from the terrace and the rooms with the Arabian castle opposite are spectacular.

The land is divided into three different zones:
- Beautiful entrance to the farm through a gate that gives way to the parking lot where three vehicles can fit. This car park is decorated with a running garden with a variety of flowers.
