'No heat! Summer unit that shouldnt have been available for purchase. 15 minutes before water warmed up. Electrical issues and Fire-hazards everywhere….Busted window blinds allowed no privacy; we had to hang a blanket over the window!!'

'Bathroom was very large. Sink and vanity separate from the tub and commode.'

'kamer stonk naar leek wel zweetvoeten en het behang kwam van de muur. De toiletpot zat los zodat je erg voorzichtig moest doen. Bij het ontbijt werd pas op het eind de jus de orange bijgevuld nadat heel veel mensen hadden misgegrepen. Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren'

'Liked it all,but the unique thing was the shower stall design.By far the best ever encountered by me.'

'Our stay was way beyond any expectations we had. The staff felt more like friends to us, they were all so hospitable and welcoming. We can’t wait to return!'

'That's our favorite place to go !'

'We were promised a king and got a full'

'Terrible service. Wrong room without the correct number of beds'

'Property was too small for us. Otherwise ok'

'Great stay.'

'air conditioning and hot water both did not work beyond minimally room nice acess easy'

'Looked older but the rooms were clean, bathrooms clean and comfortable beds. Very pleased with the place and plan on going back.'

'I was looking for a pet friendly hotel to stay for parent weekend at UNH. They were very pet friendly - my room was clean and cozy and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Because it was off season my pup and I were able to walk on the beach and the drive to UNH was beautiful and not too far. I would definitely stay here again.'

'This is a quiet, charming, and well maintained, historic B&B, that provided a quaint New England experience. Excellent communication on the front end for check in procedures and adequate parking despite being a late arrival we're a huge plus! The breakfast was freshly prepared and quite delicious, served in a beautiful day room setting! I know the Innkeeper was busy, but it would be nice for her to spend a little time getting to know her guests and be a little less matter of fact.'
