'The owner and his daughter are both amazing lovely people , which is why this place is ranked so high.
Really nice fresh home made breakfast, and the riad is beautiful.
The room could due with a vacuum, dusting, and a little more checking since the previous guests left big chunks of hair on the bathroom wall.
The bathroom wall was also damaged and just left in this condition, and there was lose wiring on a light bulb.
I wish the owners all the success and a happy life, but they should try...

'Absolutely fabulous hotel in a former palace with amazing ambience, fantastic restaurants and spa facilities. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Not the cheapest but one of the best. Highly recommended '
