Ideal vacation home for families

In a quiet and secure residence with communal swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15 unless prefectural prohibition) about 400m from the beach and 100m from the shops, semi-detached house just renovated 30 m2 + mezzanine with 2-sided garden of about 60 m2 and parking space. Ideal for 4 people.

We have organized, decorated, arranged and equipped this house as if it were our own. It consists of:
- a living room with sofa bed, table, chairs, television and air conditioning and with a functional kitchen which has multiple utensils and equipment (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine)
- a bedroom with a 140 bed and wardrobe
- a mezzanine with a 140 cm bed and wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and cupboards
-On the covered terrace and garden side, you can relax at leisure by choosing to lounge on the deckchairs or have your meal in the shelter of an arbour, which allows you to eat there whatever the weather and over a long period of the year. You can also enjoy good grills thanks to the barbecue after a beautiful day at the beach.
Babies are not forgotten and the necessary is provided (bed, booster seat) as well as parasol and beach games.

Rental from 2 nights low and mid season, to the week July and August.
Late arrivals possible

Sainte-Marie la mer is a family resort close to Canet, Le Barcares, Perpignan, Collioure, Argelès, Leucate, the Spanish border. You can do everything on foot or by bike in the resort which has many shops and restaurants. Many hikes are possible in the area as well as many cycle paths. A bus stop is at the entrance of the residence to take you to the train station or visit other villages.
