'Fréderic, our host, could not have been more welcoming. He did everything possible to ensure our stay was enjoyed by every member of our group. The setting was amazing with the old mill and its adjoining pond. Even better than the photos.We enjoyed our apéros and meal down by the water. 'Een prima verblijf in deze Gite gehad. Zeer uitgebreide inventaris. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Gite was mooi schoon. Grote tuin waar je heerlijk kon zitten in schaduw of zon. Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad.'

'We absolutely loved this place! Everything was neat and clean, perfectly posh for our family. We loved that we were a little outside of the city but close enough to hop in our rental car and visit the Sunday market and shops. It was our favorite home rental during our stay in France. The owner was gracious and helpful with any questions we had. If we ever get back to Amboise, we will be staying here again!'

'We had an excellent stay at Ballan-Miré. The house is really nice and well furnished, including towels and tea towels, BBQ, outside seating etc. The beds were done on arrival which is really appreciated. The house was clean and a good size, with two large bathrooms. The garden is big and really nice and sunny. WiFi is working well. There is a large supermarket 5 min drive away. No shops at walking distance. The hosts are welcoming, helpful and discreet. Overall a very positive experience! '

'Een heerlijk vakantieverblijf gehad, verdeeld over twee woningen. Het is ruim, luxe, iedereen heeft een eigen badkamer en alles is aanwezig. Het zwembad is geweldig, ook ruim genoeg voor grotere kinderen, er is een pingpong tafel, jeux de boules, kortom, je hoeft je niet te vervelen.'

'Three friends visited the Loire for six nights. This property is very charming, and well-suited for two couples or two friends, as it has two bedrooms with ensuite baths at either end of a renovated home for privacy. Do take note that the stairs are steep! ( But this IS Europe!) There are delightful touches throughout. Elisabeth is charming and very accommodating. I recommend it without hesitation.'
