« Simone is basically the host everyone wishes they had. She had everything covered before we even thought to ask — airport pickup, early check-in, fully stocked apartment, and even a car. It made exploring Antigua so easy. Communication was great from start to finish. Everything was smooth, friendly, and relaxed. 10/10, would move in if Simone let us) »

« Nothing was unique about this property we got as far as the gate their was no hoast that came to us greet at the property just gates keeper man who knew nothig it felt so unsafe we left no phone number or email to get intouch withthe host it was very unprofessional i dont recommend that place at all. »

« This exceeded our expectations! It was in the perfect location, beautiful views to wake up to, and the bed was sooo comfortable. The owners went above and beyond for us, all of our luggage got lost so we didn’t have any cloths to wear, they showed up with bags of cloths for us to wear that just so happen to fit us perfectly. « We absolutely loved our stay at Kai and can't wait to come back. The location right on Galleon beach is amazing and the cottage has everything you need. The beach chairs came in very handy on those days we explored the rest of the beaches on the island and we loved coming back and chilling out on the decks looking out over the yachts moored in the bay. Highly recommended! »

We were met by Joseph as soon as we stepped out of the airport. He took us to get our driver’s permit and a stop to pick up necessities at the local grocery story on our travel to Pinkshacktoo. « Although initially not impressed as the location was rather smaller than viewed on the web we then realised that although the property was dated it was clean and comfortable. The ambience however was great and it is really unique in the sense that nothing else can be founds like it on the Island.
