'Our stay was unforgettable. Olivier and Nathalie are wonderful hosts of a very beautiful hotel with tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms. The dinners (table d'hôtes) were phenomenal with excellent wine pairings from the region. We also very much appreciated the recommendations on things to do in the vicinity and which scenic roads to take. We felt like we stayed with family. It was so peaceful and restful that we can't wait to go back and stay longer. Very highly recommended!'

'My wife and I needed a break from a fast paced couple of weeks of our vacation. This chateau and the property it sits on was nothing short of spectacular. As an extra bonus, Tess, Daphne and Celia were there to serve and help us with all of our needs. The breakfast that was served was always the best of the best, including homemade jams. ' Beautiful decorated room with a super comfy big bed. The breakfast every morning is delicious and the owner always open for a chat. Large garden and a small gate at the end to go to the vineyards. A small Nespresso machine in the room would make it perfect! ;) We visited Bergerac, Duras, Eymet and Bordeaux. Beautiful area.'

'We stayed one night at la bastane and we loved it. It is a beautiful housing with modern rooms and a cosy decorating. The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home instantly. We arrived early, but could enjoy a wine tasting. The wines are delicious, so before leaving we bought some for home. We enjoyed a dinner in the garden with an amazing view and sunset. I loved every moment during our stay. The breakfast was also good'
