The Space:

Indulge in the charm of classic Southern living at this stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bath vacation home with double porches, swaying palms, ocean breezes, and marsh views. Within walking distance of the beach, this home offers a captivating blend of elegance and comfort. With hardwood floors, spacious living areas, a modern kitchen featuring granite countertops, and abundant windows, every detail is crafted for a delightful stay.



Upstairs, a wide central hallway leads to four bedrooms, each with private bath access and a cozy porch. A special kids' room with built-in bunk beds and two queen sleeper sofas in the lower-level living room provides flexible sleeping arrangements. The home also features an HE washer/dryer on the main level and a shower and 2nd refrigerator in the garage. Outside, ample parking and a grill are available.



Beach Access: Take advantage of the home's proximity to the beach, with a short walk to the sandy shores and opportunities to enjoy sun-filled days and refreshing swims in the Atlantic Ocean.



During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

Also included in your rental are up to 14 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!



Please note: Pets are not allowed, and the garage is unavailable for parking.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprising about 6 and 1/2 square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
