'Really nice'

'The property was great and rooms were a great size…but the tub in the middle of the bathroom is a waste of space…a larger shower and toilet room would be nicer .. The staff were awesome! Very nice.. Complimentary coffee service was nice, but not very timely…took over 30 minutes to arrive.. Taxis must be scheduled…you can’t go anywhere spontaneously or plan a spur of the moment activity.'

'We have stayed at this particular Rosewood many times in the past with fairly good success until this past visit. Staffing shortages created massive service and quality issues that one would never expect at this price point of a hotel-especially a Rosewood. The room itself was not tended to regularly- at one point my room was not cleaned over by about 3 PM. Simple requests like ice because there’s no machine nearby would take a long time. The room itself had insects. I have bug bites all over...

'THE VIEWS WERE WONDERFUL THE BEACH OF COURSE WAS WONDERFUL. THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD. THE BUIRGERS WERE GREAT. DINNERS WERE OKAY. THE GROUNDS WERE EXCEPTIONAL AND SMELLED HEAVENLEY. THE BIRDS AND FROGS WERE AN EVENING SYMPHONY.'

'Rooms with ocean view were second to none. Absolutely breathtaking! The downfalls of this hotel was the lack of meal options. There is one place to eat with the same menu from 11am until close. No lunch or dinner differences. We also felt there was limited lounge chairs near the pool.'
