Welcome to this 130 m² family home designed to welcome young and old alike in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Perfect for a vacation with family or friends, it offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay, just a stone's throw from Tours and the Loire Valley châteaux.

A large and bright living space will allow you to gather around to share a delicious meal. The fully equipped kitchen features a large central island and opens onto the dining room.

The living room invites you to relax with a deep sofa, a large bookcase, and an internet connection to stay connected or work remotely in peace. You can also unwind in front of the TV after a day full of discoveries.

Next comes the sleeping area.
On the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms: two with a single bed and the third with a double bed for a good night's sleep.
A bathroom with a shower is available. The toilet is separate.
Upstairs, you'll discover a master suite with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the outdoors.
The house is surrounded by a garden (unfenced but overlooking a private cul-de-sac).
From the living room's large bay window, you can access the shaded terrace, perfect for summer meals.
Under parental supervision, younger guests can enjoy the trampoline and children's games.
For older guests, deckchairs and a parasol await, as well as a basketball hoop: something for the whole family to enjoy.

For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fee. Bed linen and towels are provided, so you can travel light!

As this is a primary residence, many everyday items are provided, so please take care of them.

The ground floor is all on one level; only the master bedroom is upstairs.
The house is easily accessible by car or public transport, and you can park for free in the cul-de-sac.

- A 10-minute drive from the historic center of Tours
- 5 minutes from the banks of the Loire for walks or bike rides
- Close to several major highways for exploring the Loire Valley châteaux or exploring the vineyards

Bus stop "Victor Hugo" for line 14 and "Jaunay" for line 17 less than 10 minutes from the house.
