Dirty room, intransigent staff : Disappointing
The hotel is located in the middle of the jungle, it is very calm and the view during breakfast is amazing. I booked the highest class room, consequently the room was very spacious and terrace very big. Then it was very disappointing : dead ants in the bed, big spiders in the room, 1 towel for 2 peoples, noisy air conditioning system (impossible to sleep with). But the worst situation was the sound-insulation with the neighbor room. We can ear everything : discussion, TV, restroom and the rest of the night... I accidentally broken a glass (poor-quality) during my stay, hotel directly charge me for this with an unacceptable price. After discussion, reception staff feedback was : sorry if your room was dirty, sorry if towel missing and for the glass charge back, no negotiation possible. I advice to avoid this place.

chambre tres bien le reste vetuste piscine eau chaude sympa calme nourriture bonne par contre grosse anrnaque sur le transport car l hotel étant éloigné le direcetur en profite pour pratique des prix désésonables dommage car la region est magnifique et le personnel peu nombreux mais serviable

Cadre très agréable, jolie chambre, mais isolé
Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure pour 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 enfants) pour 2 nuits sur expédia. Mais surprise en arrivant, l'hotel nous annonce qu'il n'existe pas de chambre quadruple comme annoncé sur expedia. Seulement des chambres triples où seul un bébé peut être toléré en 4e occupant. Notre plus jeune fils étant un solide gaillard de 7 ans, la chambre ne pouvait pas convenir... Après bien des discussions, nous avons finalement eu droit à un lit de camp de fortune supplémentaire dans la chambre et un peu dédommagement d'expedia au retour. Sinon, l'hotel est situé dans un grand parc au milieu de la jungle, au bord de la rivière KwaÏ. C'est très beau et très reposant. Les chambres supérieures sont belles et spacieuses. La salle de bain très jolie et bien pensée. Certaines chambres (n°1 en particulier) sont juste superbes avec un vue sur la rivière. Nous ne sommes pas allés dans la piscine classique, mais nous avons bien profité de la piscine d'eau chaude au bord du lac. Très sympa ! Par contre le restaurant de l'hotel est assez moyen et assez cher (nous sommes une clientele captive car il n'y a aucun commerce à proximité). Les nappes sont effectivement sales, comme je l'ai lu dans d'autres commentaires.

Good location with lovely our room with river view and had private hot spring pool. The food is reasonably priced and have provided the few water activity for in-house guest... While it's a perfect location for those seeking a peaceful retreat. The ambiance resembled a national park in the heart of the rain forest... Recommend can stay 2 night with have enough rest here and go nearby attraction

Brilliant getaway out in the countryside of Thailand. But it IS the countryside. Once you’re at the resort, however you choose to get there (whether it’s your own transportation or the shuttle they provide for 4800 BHT). There is an unfortunate trend with the priceyness of the resort activities but that being said I was on a budget and if you aren’t, then this place is AWESOME. Tree top park to play through, lake and pool to swim in. Onzen’s to relax, it’s brilliant. The staff is amazing as well, nicest people and they do have some English-speakers there. A village and small shop are nearby. I recommend the onzen villa which is where I stayed, brilliant view and nice little hot tub to watch the river. Overall highly recommend especially with a high budget.

Jungle Park
The grounds of this resort are a well manicured botanical garden. My only reservation is that I got up early every morning hoping to see wildlife, such as frogs, water lizards, interesting birds, etc. I saw none, not even a squirrel. Imagine the disappointment of an avid eco-tourist! The rooms are luxurious and service excellent. The food is very good, except for the Western breakfast, but that is usual in Thailand.

Jungle paradise
A very relaxing stay here. The room was clean and the resort itself was kept very tidy. The private onsen pool was lovely looking out onto the river. The staff all very friendly and helpful. If we ever come back to this area, we would stay again.

Good Nature and lots of History
We had a lovely stay at Home Phutoey...The hot spring swimming pool were a bit cold for December... But overall we had a good time... Good Food and enjoyed the Museum on site!!!

レンターカーを運転してホテルに向かったが日が暮れてたので主要道からホテルに入り口に看板を見落として一度通り過ぎた、看板の周りは暗くて入り道が分かりにくい。用心しないと道でないとこへ車を落とすだろう。 ホテルは、クウェー川沿いの自然豊かな広大な敷地にバランスよくロッジが配置されていて自然が満喫できる。ホテル自体は素晴らしいので1～2泊の滞在は満足できるがこのホテルに長期滞在して楽しむことができるものやことが充実していないように感じました。

ชอบความเป็นธรรมชมติ มีกิจกรรมให้เล่นเ เช่น tree top adventure / บ่อน้ำร้อนแช่เท้า/ สระน้ำร้อน(เสียดายที่น้ำร้อนมากเกินกว่าจะลงแช่ตัวได้) /สระว่ายน้ำ/ และความร่มรื่นของต้นไม้ใหญ่เล็กเยอะมากที่ทำให้คลายร้อนจากอุณหภูมิที่ร้อนช่วงเดือนเม.ย.เช้าๆอากาศดีเหมาะกับการเดินออกกำลังกาย -พนักงาน/ผู้จัดการ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสเอาใจใส่และบริการดีมาก รวมทั้งstaffดูแลผู้เล่นtree top adventureก็ดีมากค่ะ -อาหารเช้าแม้ไม่มากแต่ก็อร่อย(ส่วนขนมบังไม่อร่อยคะมีกลิ่นมาการีนถ้าทำด้วยเนยสดจะดีมาก) อาหารมื้อเย็นที่สั่งอร่อยใช้ได้เลยค่ะ ส่วนข้อเสีย คือ จองไว้2ห้อง ไม่มีตู้เซฟ 1ห้องพนักงานแจ้งว่าเสียเอาไปซ่อมยังไม่เสร็จ มดดำและแมลงหวี่เยอะมากแต่ในห้องพักไม่มีก็โอเคร สรุปว่า ดีมากค่ะ

Ein abgelegenes Paradies
Wir waren vier Nächte in diesem Hotel und hatten ein sehr schönes und großes Zimmer direkt über dem Teich. Es ist schon wie im Traum sich morgens auf die Terrasse zu setzen und die Umgebung zu genießen. Der Hot Spring Pool ist ein Highlight und das Frühstück war üppig bestückt. Das Hotel befindet sich tief in der Natur, weshalb man mit vielen außergewöhnlichen Insekten konfrontiert wird. Jedoch hatten wir bis auf eine Mücke kein einziges in unserem Hotelzimmer. Das Wasser aus der Dusche riecht etwas merkwürdig und es sind keine Steckdosen auf dem Zimmer. Die Umgebung bietet leider nicht viel. Es gibt einen kleinen Wanderpfad, der zu einem Ort mit einem Elefantencamp und einem kleinen Tempel führt. Um ein paar Tage wirklich abzuschalten und runter zu kommen, ist es der perfekte Ort.
