We got the 2 king suite and loved it. Older room but in good repair and clean. Huge! Great amenities. Staff was incredibly freindly and helpful...cannot emphasize enough how great the employees were here. Highly recommend this hotel.

I liked how clean the room was.What i didn't like is that the outside area for leisure didnt exist. All the chairs and tables were stacked up on top of each other in a small area that couldnt be used. And they had a dirty piano with a thick layer of dust in the lobby area.

Our room was not cleaned at all, even prior to our stay. There was food left in the fridge and nobody cleaned the room at all on our 2 night stay. There was nothing for hreakfast except psncakes. After adviding the front deask they came out with blvery runny scrambled eggs that was not efible. I will never stay here again!

The rooms are in need of repairs the bathroom was not working. The window curtains were broke. And some false advertisement. Breakfast was terrible.

The AC vented into the hallway so the hallway was extremely hot. The room was comfortable though. The rooms were spacious. The linens were clean.

The property has a lot of doors to reach your vehicles and sitting areas in common areas. The layout inside is funky, almost like a maze, but they worked with what they have. The sheets on our bed were stained, which was okay enough, but the blanket was actively dirty with what looked like makeup. They were very apologetic and did replace it when asked. The shower head is too short if you're above probably 5'5. Our lamp shades looked like they went through a few fights, torn and very broken, but thats all cosmetic. The lock on the door was very stuck, you had to lift the door to get it into place. Theres a window into the hallway? Its frosted and has a shade on it but it was super strange. The amenities weren't amazing, but I didnt get the room for those anyway. Over all for paying less than 100 the hotel delivered. Will I come again? Probably not, but that is mostly because I'm used to the sparkly clean new places. But it was safe, there wasnt any bed bugs, besides the sheets the place was clean enough, and everything that I needed from the room worked.

The equipment wasn’t working being locked out your room because the keys not working to the rooms. Things need to be fixed and showers that you want to use and I was very unsatisfied when I’ve been inconvenienced for a whole night of me paying as a customer they should give free rooms when you being unsatisfied and do something different to satisfy the customers. Thank you, that is a nice place to visit stay the rooms are nice. The service are nice too, but I think they need to update.

I stayed here for 1 night out of my 2 nights booked. My family and I were not impressed with the lack of safety and cleanliness of this hotel. To start, walking in we found the room not cleaned properly with stains and burn holes found in sheets/bed spread and coffee grounds left in coffee pot. we cleaned the coffee pot thinking no big deal, as its a huge room and moved on. The biggest issue we had was that our toilet did not flush all the way. Even though it wasnt clogged by #2, we still had issues. We alerted the front desk and asked for a plunger just in case. the plunger they gave us was broken and as we went out for our activities for the day we asked them to resolve the toilet issue. we came back and still had issues with the toilet. We also had multiple issues with our key card to both get into our room, and the outside door to the building. Safety: The hallways were very dimly lit even during the day and people were outside partying all night with loud music. we thought a fight was going to break out, and throughout the early morning there was a man outside suspiciously checking out our vehicle and bumming cigs and a light off my family member. The last straw for me was while eating breakfast I noticed the fire extinguisher has not been checked since Dec 2022. Also the breakfast choices were lacking. They had cereal (2 kinds), cookies (?), toast, oranges, oatmeal, turkey sausage, and potatoes. I dont normally write reviews but felt I needed to due to our terrible stay

While the hotel is visually dated, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms (one king bed) were very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was great!

Room was clean, bed comfortable, and basic amenities available, however, the room furnishings were old and unmaintained: light fixtures were falling apart, wall fixture’s lamp was burned out, had no USB port, and the hair dryer did not work. This is an old building and is very dated, but for the price you should not expect much!

This is one of the top five worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in in the last 40 years. The room smelled like mold, and mildew. The closet had no hangers. The drawers were nasty. I had to clean them in order to put my clothes in them. The bathtub was filthy. The heater made so much noise coming on and going off. It was difficult to sleep. There were no towels in the room. I had to deal with all of this and I was there to go to a funeral of a good friend. I wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy.

We had to be assign three different rooms in order to find a adequate room. The first room was dirty and we were given a second room that the heat didn't work and we froze in that room , the next day they gave us a third room that wes better than the first two, nice and warm , cleaner and all but the seal around the bottom of the face bowl leak and as you wash your hands or face , the water would come out. So we left after two days. The place has a lot of potential to be a good hotel.

This is a huge property which can be amazing if managed properly. It is outdated. We booked room with 2 king bed with sofa bed. We ended up given room with 2 queen bed. The staff was very helpful he took us to another room which had kind beds but there was mold on the fridge , crackers were behind the night table and lamps besides the bedrooms not work. So the poor guy took us to third room which has 2 king beds, fridge was cleaned. Yashvant the guy was very helpful. I strongly suggest to book another hotel room even though staff is great the property is high but it is dated. You can see that the corners are cut. Pay little extra but make sure that hotel is not dated. The only thing I have to mention again, staff was great
