'At the outset, the listing services need to make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It is basically an Air B and B or a guesthouse. There is no front desk, and you never see a human being. The "Suites" are basically 4 rooms on the floor of a condominium that take up about half the floor. The directions on how to find and access the room should be clearer. They neglected to say that you need to turn left after entering the building. If the rating were based on the room alone, I would give it 4...

'On arival we where greeted by a lovely stafmember, she explained everything from security codes for 24h acces to the building to how the jacuzzi work(depending what room you book ofcourse). Also she fave a map and gave us a few recommendations on where to eat and places to visit (besides the obvious). The room is an adequate size and fairly clean, some dust here and there. 'Het hotel lag op wandelafstand van de vele bezienswaardigheden in Rome. De kamer was ruim en netjes. Er was wel geen parking bij het hotel waardoor we langst de straat moesten parkeren. En hiervoor moet je speciale kaarten kopen bij de krantenwinkel in de buurt. En heel onduidelijk of het hotel nu in een ZTL zone ligt of niet. Het was ook even zoeken naar de ingang van het hotel omdat dit niet op het gebouw staat. Het gebouw doet ook dienst als verschillende andere faciliteiten waardoor het...
