'The place is more than beautiful!! The surroundings, the nature, the views are extraordinary. The friendliness of the host Katya and the persons in charge of the restaurant make such a good difference, we were very well treated. Make sure you dedicate plenty of time to enjoy the place Our room was pristine cleaned, amenities were of very good quality, the linens and the room in general smelled amazing, everything is very well decorated with very good taste, Those are the details that makes...

'Fijn groot traditioneel huis. Zowel binnen als buiten schoon. Heerlijk groot en helder zwembad. Persoonlijke ontvangst prettig. Ondanks de warmte geen airco of ventilator gemist, deuren en ramen konden open blijven, er waren geen muggen. Schitterend uitzicht. Wel goede schoenen aan doen om bij het zwembad te komen, steil en niet echt naast het huis. Absoluut een aanrader!'

'We had a nice stay at the house. It is spacious and well situated for a relaxing stay. A very large garden with nice cherry trees and raspberry bushes. The house has most of the needed enmities. You can see though that it’s not kept at the highest level as not all areas are to the standard that you would expect with the house. Broken furniture, bad quality mattresses few pieces of worn out furniture. It’s a 7/10 where with some upgrades and a little bit more love it could be easily a 10/10....

'Correu tudo bem. Casa com boas condições e de acordo com o anunciado. Muito fácil contactar o gestor do espaço, sempre de enorme simpatia e disponibilidade. Óptimo para quem quiser descanso numa envolvente fantástica do Douro. '

'A casa tem condições excelentes, é muito bonita e está muito bem conservada. Eramos um grupo de 15 pessoas e passamos um fim-de-semana excelente muito bem passado sem necessidade de sair de casa. A comunicação entre a Feel Discovery e a Proprietária tem que melhorar, mas conseguiu-se resolver tudo.'

'Wat een prachtig huis! Prachtige slaapkamers met allemaal een eigen smaakvolle badkamer. Heerlijk zwembad met meer dan voldoende bedjes. De keuken is in vergelijking met de kamers misschien wat aan de magere kant en ik miste een wasmachine. Maar we zouden zo weer terugkomen!'

'The property is very unique, special. Located directly on the Douro river with incredible views. The house was welcoming, comfortable and clean. The food cooked for us was always in abundance and delicious. They, Elena and Claudia, looked after our needs (dining, drinks, laundry, etc) very well and kindly. Pedro as our concierge was incredibly valuable. He helped us with every aspect of our stay - securing boat moorings, confirming reservations, acting as a translator, helping above and...

'Wat een prachtig authentiek huis! En dat uitzicht over de vallei. We hebben enorm genoten van alles daar! Vlakbij ook een prachtig Aventura Parc. Dit vonden mijn zoons geweldig, klimbos, canoying, zipline (echt geweldig!Maria, de eigenaresse, is zo aardig en behulpzaam. Reageert ook heel snel. We voelden ons enorm welkom. '

"Amazing and very cosy hotel. It only has 3 rooms but that is the charme of this hotel. In return you have a very relaxed morning with a good breakfast. They use fresh ingredients for the breakfast and they don't use sugar. The thing I liked the most (and I think that is also the nr1 reason to book here) is the amazing view over the Douro valley. Marco and his wife Ana are very friendly and helpful. They also offer a great full day tour in the Douro valley with amazing lunch! I would recommend this to establishment to everybody!"
