'Er is geen warm water, de mensen daar praten geen Engels op 1 persoon na. Erg onvriendelijk personeel helemaal niet klantvriendelijk '

'De room The room we were given on the second attempt was very proper. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly and did everything she could to correct the mistake. Compliments to her. The lady in the restaurant during breakfast also deserves a big compliment. With the many limitations, she tried to think in terms of solutions. No any spoons available. The restaurant during dinner was terrible in every respect. The service: people who have to do this work without any training...
