'There is not housekeeping available unless it is requested. That works for us because we are very near people but I thought that placed a lot on the housekeeping staff on rooms that were taken by up to four people and not cleaning up. It causes the staff a lot of work and tougher to get the rooms back on the availability list. The only issue for us is no one replacing your soap, coffee pods etc., you can go to the Fr desk and they are gracious. They need to add more than one bar of soap and...

'Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Canal side Inn. So did my furry companion Frankie, who was well greeted by the owners and other pets alike. Guests were equally friendly, those with 2 feet. The room was lovely for a single traveler and dog. It was especially nice being in a residential neighborhood with the canal right outside the doorstep, lovely scenery, easy walking distance to Rehoboth Beach Perfect four-day vacation to clear the mind with easy access to all that you would want in...

'This hotel is in a great location to beach and restaurants. The staff were super nice. Fresh ground coffee prepared in the morning for all. Great roof top pool. So clean. Parking was great and so convenient! I would definitely recommend and stay again !'

'The staff were very nice and friendly. But the floor in the room was not vacuumed so I was walking om beach sand. I was not told that the maid service had to be requested so I had to call for the floor be cleaned and for fresh towels. My suggestion is that the desk staff informed your guest that they need to ask for the maid service.'
