Terrible stay. Upon arrival we had to wait to check in. No greeting, no explanation, just a key handed over by an unfriendly receptionist. Absolutely no sense of hospitality.
The room was far from clean: stained bedding, mold in the bathroom, and a damaged wall. The phone didn’t even work, which meant I had to go to reception in the middle of the night when my friend became sick. The staff showed no empathy at all, even laughed at the situation, and said cleaning could only be done the next day. When it finally happened, it was careless and far below any acceptable standard.
The spa was completely unusable due to the overwhelming smell of mold. Unhealthy and unsafe for guests.
Staff were unfriendly throughout no explanations, no assistance, no interest. At check-out, not even a “How was your stay?” just taking the key and saying “bye.”
This property claims to be pet-friendly, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it even for pets. It was dirty, unhealthy, and completely disrespectful to paying guests.
In short: this hotel is a disgrace. We demand a partial refund and strongly advise others not to book here.
