'Het is een heel oud domein met een prachtig park. We werden gastvrij ontvangen met een lekker glaasje wijn , mijn partner een fris biertje en een lekker stukje kaas. Francois denkt aan alles, zelfs aan de sterkte van je koffie s'morgens. Een heerlijk ontbijt buiten en de kamer was ook heel gezellig en proper. Er is zelfs een make-up remover voor de dames, om maar aan te tonen dat dit een top gastverblijf is.'

'Overnight stop on way to ferry so room on second floor was fine and private off road parking appreciated. Usual amenities with good water pressure and plentiful hot water. Dinner served in enclosed charming outdoor terrace area and beautifully cooked food although a plethora of bouche amusants offered in addition to three course menu which bordered on unnecessary. It seems that smoking on such a dining terrace is still normal in France as it is open to the air. Breakfast was good for pastries...
