« Worst rental property I have ever stayed in. There was nothing posh about it. The place was filthy. Sheets had blood and stains, bathroom had mold on the walls and shower curtains, carpet was old, musty and filthy, saw 3 big waterbug cockroaches, walls were filthy, after 1 person showered water got cold, beds were low to the ground and lopsided, water didn’t drain out of shower and master bathroom sink. Entire house smelled smoky and old. We had to burn candles. Outside was not well lit. There...

In the middle of nowhere with no service & the internet wasn’t working, then it was roach infested & rat droppings around the dishes. Grass and weeds had overtaken the steps and outside. Obviously hasn’t been kept up. Then The owners only refunded half of my amount back when i shouldve Gotten a full refund. 10/10 horrible experience when it should’ve been a great experience for my 35th birthday . »

« Kitchen very well stocked as were the bathrooms. We enjoyed the snacks. We did not like learning about the 250 security deposit and ban on firearms on day of arrival. We found the ban discriminatory to the hunting lifestyle. »

« Very private considering its location in Durham which is a very nice perk. Beautiful and clean home with nice coffee bar and welcome package. Hot tub was very enjoyable with the Bluetooth speaker nearby for music. Will love to return if I’m ever back in the area- highly recommended! »
