« A lovely house situated outside Rotorua. We had a wonderful time with our kids feeding the ponies and playing. The place was comfortable and spaceous. Clean. Toys for the kids. Nice patio with a view. Lovely host. »

« Nice sized rooms and good facilities and utensils, however the place was a bit shoddy and looks far better in the photos than real life. Standards of cleaning were also not what I would expect. Imagine the house would be very cold in winter. Views were lovely. Walk to town in about 20/30 minutes. »

We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10! »

« House was clean and nicely set up, beds very comfortable, functional kitchen and access to property and bathroom great for accessibility via wheelchair access if required. The property was central and easy to access. Only downside for location is being on a busy main road with loads of heavy trucks passing but adjusted to traffic noise after the first night. Very generous with bedding linen, towels etc, made the stay effortless and like being at home, would recommend this place to families and...

« We were disappointed to find the pool room was under maintenance so we could not use it, looking at other reviews seems like this has been the case for some time so not sure why it’s still advertised with it. Also advertised 7 rooms however we only had access to 6, all other doors and assuming 7th room was locked, so again not what we paid for. Place was quite dusty and smelt humid, did not seem as clean close up as it seems in photos. Overall we were quite disappointed. Hoping this review...
