Ville à découvrir et pourquoi ne pas profiter de cet hôtel. Personnel vraiment très charmant et serviable. Hôtel très propre. Attention pas d'ascenseur ni de parking.

Petit hôtel confortable
Séjour de 1 nuit à Rothenbourg ou l'hôtel est très bien placé (5mn à pied du centre ville et des magasins) On y Parle très peu le français. La chambre de l'hôtel est correcte mais la douche est étroite. Séjour agréable

Première étape d'un séjour de deux semaines en Bavière. Quel bonheur de loger à l'intérieur même des remparts, tout près de la Grand Place et des principaux pôles d'intérêt, et le tout sous le soleil, comme le présageait le nom de notre hôtel!

Hotel très central dans une rue piétonnière. Parking facile dans une très belle ville étape. Le tour des remparts est très intéressant.

Just a great boutique hotel. Perfectly situated in the old town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast selections were lovely. Be warned though - there is no elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor. We had left our bags at the front desk on the morning of check-in (room not ready until 3pm) and when we did check in that afternoon our bags were already waiting for us in our room, thank goodness. This would not be a hotel for the physical challenged. Mind you many of the Rothenburg sites and attractions are not accessible either.

The property is located inside the walls and near the Market Square. It’s centrally located making it easy to explore the city and walk the towering walls. The hotel restaurant is good and is a great spot to sit outside and people watch while enjoying a beverage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They offered a bottle of sparkling water and a selection of coffee and teas. The breakfast was above par and included the option of making a sparkling wine with orange juice. Overall, very nice place, with good amenities, and very friendly staff.

I would rate this a 5 Star establishment. The wait staff are superb, check-in is way and they help with the luggage. We had a reserved breakfast table with the best offerings of any of our 5 hotel stays in Germany. This is my highest recommendation for a fantastic vacation experience.

Very nice hotel, owners were very nice and helpful. No elevator but staff carried our luggage upstairs. Breakfast was really good. Location is perfect for exploring the City.

Owners are warm, lovely and service oriented. Comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast. The on premises restaurant is of very high quality. The location of the hotel is perfect: neat town square and not to far from outside wall and parking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was super clean . The staff were so friendly and polite. Lasse and Arletta were so kind and helpful . Mr. Do and Frau in the restaurant were so welcoming and pleasant , same as other waitresses. The dinner and breakfast was fantastic and delicious. The hotel is centrally located and everything is close by. Our room was at the third floor and we had the best view , but had lots of stairs to climb. our bed was very comfortable. The parking is hard to find and In another building , but Lasse was kind enough to come and showed us the parking . The only thing I can suggest is to have little lotion in the room. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely place with a great location. Very old building so no elevator. Staff helped get luggage up. We lugged it down. No air conditioning but we did have a fan. The room was hot and muggy. Parking was very close but don’t use your gps - you will end up at a dead end near the hotel and have to back out

Great stay in Hotel Sonne
Just back from an enjoyable stay at the hotel for a few days. Check in was easy and the room was spot on. Car park is located less than two minutes walk from the hotel, it's definitely worth contacting the hotel and reserving a parking place. Hotel restaurant was very good, ate there a few times. It always seemed to be fairly busy, lot of people stopping to eat or have a drink. Overall really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend the hotel and it's staff

Lovely small hotel with very friendly staff and personal service. We had a big room with two separate bedrooms and a sitting room. Steps to everything Rothenburg had to offer. No air conditioning that we could figure out.
