Ideally located just 90 meters from Viale dei Pini and 550 meters from the beach, this comfortable apartment is very close to the town center. The recently renovated property features a spacious living room with a kitchen area, sofa, TV, and washing machine. It offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed, a single bed, and two wardrobes; the other with two single beds (which can be joined) and an additional wardrobe. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower box and is spacious enough to be comfortable. Outside, there is a shared courtyard area where you can enjoy meals with a table and chairs. At the back of the building, you’ll find a reserved covered parking space with a canopy. The property also includes a small shared garden and a designated area for bicycle parking.
