Is electricity included?

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kW per day is included within the rental price. In the event of exceeding this, extra kW will be charged at the current market price. The price per kWh will be indicated in the rental contract.



Do you have air conditioning?

Yes, in the hallway of the rooms and the living room

We remind you that air conditioning units usually cool the room quickly if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave them running if you are not at home.



What dimension does the swimming pool have?

It measures 4 x 8m with an approximate maximum depth of 1.70m.



What are the beds like?

There are 2 double beds, 1 of 160x190cm, another of 135x190cm, an individual one of 90x190cm and a bunk bed with a bed of 90x190cm on top and the bottom one of 135x190cm



Are the towels included?

No, but we have them available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
