Air-conditioning is available throughout the property. On the lower ground floor, accessible by a ladder, you'll find one room with a French bed (150 cm) and an en-suite shower/WC, as well as air conditioning. Another room on this level also offers a French bed (150 cm) and air conditioning, with access to a balcony that faces both south and west. This level also has an additional shower/WC. Outside, there is a small terrace measuring 15 square meters, facing south and west, complete with terrace furniture and offering marvelous panoramic views of the sea.
