'Freezing. I got in late and was exhausted. The air-conditioning was on in the room and no matter how hard I tried to get heat I could not get it to work. Too tired to call the front desk. Hotel rooms should never be set below 22C when you are expecting guests. My room was at 20 with the air conditioning blowing all night above my bed. Not pleasant. The property, breakfast and staff were fabulous.'

'I didn't appreciate the long black hair found in the bathroom sink and I didn't appreciate the fact that I only had 2 television channels that worked, even after calling the front desk. The gentleman that came to our room could not solve the problem.'

'Nice hotel. Only short stay due to early flight. Nicely located near a few restaurants'

'The staff were excellent! From check-in, to the lounge, cleaning staff and to the restaurant. We couldn’t have been more impressed. Parking was very convenient located out back of the hotel. Our room was very clean, however, the wallpaper was peeling and could use a little tlc. The location was great as well. We are looking forward to our next stay.'

'Kids love it here.'

'Overall a good experience. The property could benefit from a deep clean. There’s significant wear and tear on the building.'

'Fijn verblijf gehad met goed ontbijt'

'Cold showers'

'no complaints'

The staff was a difference maker. I arrived early and the front desk support let me know check in was 4 pm and if I wanted to pay extra I could get in earlier. I waited instead, and within a short time they notified me that my room was ready (within an hour) and at no extra charge. I would stay here again...
