The host was great and available for any questions we had. The house was perfect for our group and made it easy to do Seneca and Cayuga lake wine tours. House had a lot of amenities and we really didn’t need to bring anything more than our clothing and food.

Celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with friends and family, this house was perfect for us. Perfect location, excellent views and a great modern layout of the house. We took advantage of everything, kitchen, decks, kayaks ect.. Would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic girls’ weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday at this house. The location right on the lake, great outdoor amenities, and gorgeous views made this trip one we’ll always remember. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the dock watching the sun rise each morning and the beautiful pink skies at sunset each night. The firepit was perfect for a fall night and the screened in porch with the view of that magnificent willow tree while listening to the sounds of the water lapping were just the icing on the cake. The views from each window and bedroom were stunning and the deck was a great place to hang out. The owners/hosts were wonderful and super responsive! There’s plenty of room to sleep a large group comfortably (we had 8 in our party but could have fit more). Being across the street from Goose Watch Winery was very convenient as it’s a cute little spot with both a winery and brewery for a nice variety and more beautiful views. We just can’t say enough about what a perfect place this was for us! Would highly recommend!

I need to send you an email with all the issues. The outdoor furniture was dirty as was the BBQ. The BBQ was broken with two burns not woo. The pool table had no balls. The interior was dusty and several appliances were not functioning.

Very nice trip to Willowbeach. Beautifully situated and spacious home with a lot of lakefront. Great for a family trip with lake activities galore (especially if you rent a boat). Property managers very responsive and helpful - they were an A. I was glad to see an electric charger, and everything at the house worked. However, I agree with the reviews that said it needs a power wash outside, and while it’s a rental, it’s a higher end one, and the house itself doesn’t feel that invested in (I’m talking things like furniture, bedding, towels, etc). The area is beautiful with farmland, vineyards, etc, but finding a place to eat dinner within 15 min drive, particularly during the week, was harder. Just be ready to travel to go places.

Wonderful time at Willow Beach!

We had a fantastic week at Willow Beach. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and using the aqua pad and pedal boat. The weather was excellent and we used the grill several times and just enjoyed being outside on the beautiful property. We rented a boat for the day and enjoyed tubing and being out on the water. We also went to the Thirsty Owl and docked the boat there to have lunch. The fireworks display around the lake on the 4th was an added bonus. The wineries in the area were great and plentiful. We went to Goose Watch right across the street a few times and the owners were wonderful. Communication with Derek and Kelly was very easy and made the booking process and our stay very pleasant!

Willow Beach Getaway

Our stay at the Willow Beach home was perfect! The house itself was well appointed and the outdoor spaces and swimming area were beyond expectations! We enjoyed boating, swimming, cookouts, movie nights, as well as sight seeing, wine tastings, cheese tastings and boating to Dinners! Willow Beach was an A+ choice and great location on the West side of Cayuga Lake! We 100% recommend it for an awesome family vacay.

Overall, the house is very large inside and out. With 8 people you have more than enough space to not be on top of one another. Its a professional kitchen for anyone who enjoys cooking and also a large weber grill. The views are stunning. The property manager is very responsive which is a huge plus. Loved the outdoor space and access to the aqua pad. That was really fun. The only drawback was that it could have been cleaner. I would stay here again.

Really an Amazing Property

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Definitely got our workout being on the hill, but could not ask for a better view, and had a great time out on the beach. The amount of light in the house was really energizing. We booked the house before the kids in our family could walk, so we didn't really know better. It's not the most toddler friendly property just by the layout and architecture of the property, but the goats were very accommodating to whatever we needed. We made it work, but lots of steps, stairs and levels to be mindful of. The hosts were awesome, and very responsive. Overall a good experience.

Perfect Lakeside vacation

We LOVED our stay at this property. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with, offered great recommendations for the area. The house is spacious and has everything we needed and more. The dock is gorgeous, and there is plenty of seating and space for fun. We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, the pool table and campfire. An absolutely ideal vacation with our adult children - relaxing and fun. You can walk to the wineries, but the road outside the house is very busy, so not good for going for casual walks/jogs/walking the dog. We are considering coming back next year!

All about the view!

This beautiful lakeview home is all about the view! And, it also has great amenities. The kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances, all necessary items to prepare meals, and many pantry items. The butlers pantry includes an icemaker, an extra fridge, and two additional dishwasher drawers for large groups. Trashbags, dish soap and dishwasher pods were provided as well. We pre-ordered groceries from Wegmans in Geneva, and also had Wegmans delivered via DoorDash twice - order came in just a few hours. The many living areas are spacious and have modern, comfortable furniture. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towels/washcloths supplied. Each bathroom was well supplied with toilet paper and hand soap. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. The outdoor furniture is in good shape, and the dock, screened porch and shaded seating were popular with our group. We didn't use the firepit, but there was plenty of firewood. The property managers were extremely helpful. Before our trip they gave suggestions based on our desired activities and offered several alternatives. We took their advice on spa and restaurants and were very pleased. There are several wineries very near by - one in easy walking distance just across the main road, and 2 less than 5 minutes away by car. They also responded very quickly to a couple of questions and there is a well documented property guide, complete with youtube instructional videos.

Family vacation on the lake

Our family, including a toddler and infant, enjoyed our week at the lake. Plenty of outdoor space for some quiet time as well as room for all 8 of us to be together. Coffee on the end of the dock, fire and s’mores by the lake after the kids went to bed. And lots of indoor space for a rainy day. Boat launch is only a mile away. The lake is huge and can get rough so we had to take the boat our most nights, but convenient as the launch was so close and free if you don’t park. We all had a great time.

Perfect location for a Finger Lakes vaca!

The absolute best part of this trip was by far the host, Kelly! She checked in with us when we got there and each day after. Even made some incredible suggestions of things to do, places to go, vineyards to check out, ice cream places and even a cheese place! House is very spacious and a unique layout. We enjoyed the large dock to go fishing off of and the kids went swimming with the lilypad that was available. We loved how the home felt very private away from neighbors. Kitchen was well stocked. Our family enjoyed the pool table, games and puzzles that were available. Our kids loved how large the driveway was to ride their bikes. If you like firmer beds, then you'll enjoy the beds here. Unfortunately, the paddle boat wasn't working and the washer/dryer combo took an absolute insane amount of time to do one load of laundry. I would recommend that the current cleaners come in and dust the entire house. There was an insane amount of dust under furniture, baseboards, picture frames - just everywhere. Still would give it a 5 star review and would stay here again! Location was wonderful!

Amazing stay at our favorite lake house!

We’ve stayed at this property twice now, and loved both visits. The house is modern, spacious, clean, and comes with every amenity you could wish for (e.g., fully supplied kitchen, extra fridge, wine fridge, ice machine, fireplace, gas grill, pool table, kayaks, etc.). And as you can see from the pictures, the views of the lake are absolutely stunning! I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a great place to gather family and friends to make some unforgettable memories on Cayuga lake.

Relaxing lakeside getaway

My family and I had a great time during our stay. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, multiple spaces for hanging out, entertaining and playing pool. The property also had different areas outdoors to relax and enjoy the lake, and we had fun getting out into the water using the two kayaks available. Plus Derek was a great host and very responsive when we had questions or were looking for recommendations on things to do in the area.

Beautiful house, exceptional outdoor space

Beautiful modern house with amazing views, decks, outdoor furniture and dock. Important to note that only 1 bedroom (master on main level) has an en-suite bath. Other bedrooms are downstairs and share 1 bath. (There is an additional full bath off the hallway on the main floor) 2 large common rooms with plenty of space for a group (we were three couples.) Nice kitchen and a butlers pantry with everything we needed. Easy communication with host and plenty of parking. Amazing location!
