Well connected with Rome center by public transport: 15 mins to Piazza Barberini, 20 mins to Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.
“Coppedè” district (a mix of Liberty, Art Decò and Baroque style buildings), is just 5 mins on foot.
The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and elegant location to visit Rome.

It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds , kitchen, living room, a full bathroom, a spacious terrace furnished with table and chairs and a private car box in the building basement (198 cm height, 240 cm wide, 5,5 m depth).
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, autonomous heating, oven, laundry machine and dishwashing machine.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 120 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

There are surveillance cameras inside the building entrance and in the garage transit areas.
