The interior is laid out as follows:

LIVING AREA. Two-seater sofa, smart TV, and dining table. Split-system air conditioning.
Kitchenette equipped with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and conventional oven, moka pot and Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen appliances such as a milk frother and electric juicer.
BEDROOM 1 (one step to access the entrance). Double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with a comfortable mattress topper, two nightstands with lamps, a desk, a smart TV, and a closet. Split AC unit.

Public transportation is very fast and convenient:
- Just a few meters from the apartment is the “Marmorata-Vanvitelli” stop, served by trams (lines 3 and 8), which provide convenient access to the city center and the Vatican.
- The Metro B Piramide stop, Ostiense Station, and the train to Ostia Lido are a five-minute walk away, all located in Piazza della Piramide.
The apartment is also located in the city center, and the main cultural attractions and nightlife spots—such as the Trastevere neighborhood and the Circus Maximus—are just a few minutes’ walk away.
For those arriving by car: You can use paid on-street parking (marked by blue lines) or the station parking lot in Piazzale dei Partigiani, which is 10 minutes away.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.

Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.
