Apartment on the mezzanine floor of an elegant residential building in the historic center of Rome, in Rione Celio, a few steps from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum area.





The apartment consists of two independent rooms, each with private bathroom, and an apartment on two levels with private garden (SS3). The rooms are equipped with air conditioning hot/ cold, smart tv and wi-fi. Provided to our guests we provide kettle and coffee machine with pods.Each room is equipped with double bed, mini-fridge, iron and ironing board. The private bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, towels and courtesy kit. The apartment (SS3), consists of bedroom overlooking the private garden of competence and living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette equipped and complete with utensils, dishes and appliances: oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.





The apartment is located in Rione Celio, a few meters from the Colosseum and the archaeological area of the Roman Forum. The neighborhood, full of restaurants and clubs, is a strategic starting point for visiting the Eternal City: here are the main Roman archaeological remains and important churches, such as the Basilica of San Clemente. Nearby are the Park of Colle Oppio, which preserves the remains of the Domus Aurea neroniana and the park of Villa Celimontana. The centrality of the neighborhood and its residential nature make it the ideal choice for an unforgettable stay.





Our property is 500 meters from the Colosseum stop (Line B). It is also connected by tram and a bus service, through the stop of the nearby Via Labicana.
