There was too much humidity at the room and atmosphere was very loudly so we couldn’t sleep because of the loud of the machines or other things I don’t know. And moreover, the room was really really dirty. Also I can say that bath is it out of use.

Fijn appartement vlak bij het treinstation
Fijn appartement met alle voorzieningen. Er is een keuken en apparte slaapkamer. Zelfs de slaapbank slaapt prima. Je hebt een grote kamer en toch ook de hotel faciliteiten. Receptie medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en helpen je graag. Prijs kwaliteit is prina! Fijn verblijf gehad.

El hotel en lo particular esta bien aunque no tenga ascensor, exactamente alado de la entrada al hotel se encuentra un centro de apuestas o algo así en donde toda la noche y madrugada hay muchas personas que están tomando y drogándose, las 3 noches que estuve ahi hubo peleas de estas personas. la verdad me causaba pánico El hotel tiene fácil acceso al transporte publico.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you need somewhere close to the station and a reasonable cost. However you should be aware that the accommodation is very basic, feels somewhat run down and perhaps could be a bit cleaner. The particular street where the hotel is located does not feel safe and at night can be particularly unnerving, I was often awoken with shouting coming from the street. If you are looking for luxury and comfort this hotel is not for you but otherwise it suited my needs.

Very good would recommend, area at night seemed relatively dodgy as fight broke out outside and there loads of people hanging around the gate.

The property is located right next to Roma Termini train station, so it is extremely convenient if you take Leonardo Express from Fiumicino to Roma. Literally it is 2 min walk from Roma Termini to this property. I checked in and immediately returned to Roma Termini to buy foods. The downside of it is that this area is extremely noisy with strange people congregate in the area, The property reception only open from 9am to 4pm, therefore if you arrive late (in my case 7pm arrival), you will be asked to find your own door to manage your way in with their instructions. I had to call from Canada to pass on my credit card info (the phone call costs me as well), to pay the 6 euro / day city taxes. The room, like many others in this area, is remodelled from a decade old building, so everything is very very old. The hot water shower , if you don't know how to preadjust it, can boil your skin badly. Everything is at barebone level.(Amazingly I found the TV worked). The hotel is well suited to be an overnight transit for anyone who needs both convenience and someone to sleep. So manage your expectations for a night and you will be supper fine.

This is a nice place I enjoyed my trip here, the location is very convenient it’s only a few steps away from Termini train station. It’s very close to the coliseum, we walked less than 30 minutes to get there, there are also are many stores and restaurants close to the hotel.

Very close to the train station however I would not recommend booking a room here. The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage. When we woke up in the morning there was a large puddle of water in the room and bathroom. Ended up checking out early.

The room is organized and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The problem is that you can hear everything in the next room and on the street. The street is NOT safe. The location is good because it is close to Roma Termini, but it is not a safe place.

I would like to start off this has nothing to do with the staff or cleaners on site. They just work there. The property is horrible. The beds are uncomfortable. It smells like mould. Showers are small despite the room they are in are big. Hot water runs out and have to wait for 2 hours for another person to shower.

Lovely hotel but in a very unsafe area
It was a really good place to stay, very noce and warm. The only issue was the location. The train station is very close but very rough area and not safe with lots of beggets and homeless in the streets. I hayed come back in the night time because scary man offering drugs two metres from the entrance. Also the reception service is very limited. I was surprised no police around !! But lovely hotel.

The main problem was the air conditionning that went on and off all night even if we did'nt touch anything. It was very Noisy and we coulent sleep the two night. There wss also a lot of other small problem : a water leak in the sink of the bathroom, the shower Door was not closing well, the handle of the main doit fell in your hands everytime, it was not well isolated and very noisy. Not a very good experience !

Pas incroyable
La chambre ne ressemblait pas aux photos mais ça c'est tout les hôtels, des tâches de moisissures dans la chambre et dans la douche. Beaucoup de bruits du au quartier, chambre nettoyée tout les jours et propre. Manque d'équipement dans la cuisine, uniquement 2 cuillères, pas de cafetière, de four et de micro ondes. Canapé lit très inconfortable, bar dans le dos quand on dort. Le chauffe-eau fait du bruit toute la nuit.

Mildew in the bathroom and on the walls around the air conditioner. No drapes. The full glass doors were frosted but anyone else staying in the place could see in. We were given a key that didn’t work and we had to call the emergency number to get into our room because the desk is not manned after 4pm. The emergency help made us go through hoops to prove the key didn’t work, and then told us where to find a spare key with everyone else’s spare key. Not safe!

This was our worst hotel experience so far. We did not receive the room that we have booked on expedia, but an old apartment, that had no windows, had smelly and used out furniture, and a terrace from which the view was awfully scary, so we’d rather kept the doors closed to feel somewhat safe. There was mold on the walls, the ceiling was wet in some areas, the paint was falling off on the edges. Of course, the receptionist made us pay in advance, before he showed us the room. Nice scam… After complaining, he had showed us another room - the one we have actually booked -, and said we can move in that one only the next day. But the next morning the other receptionist told us she cannot move us into our booked room, as some other guests are arriving with late check-in and they have alreay sent them the codes to enter their room. Anyway, no pictures of that apartment is uploaded on expedia, but we can happily share them, so other quests won’t share our dissapointing experience.

Vorweg das Positive: Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (Sara). Versuchte auch unsere Anliegen zu lösen. Super dass es einen Parkplatz gibt, der abgesperrt ist. Zimmergröße war auch gut. Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist positiv für die Anbindung, aber leider auch negativ. Negatives: Zimmer und das ganze Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bräuchte wirklich eine Grundsanierung. Heizkörper den wir nicht mal eingeschaltet haben, stinkt fürchterlich. Ein vermutlich schon längerer Zeit entstandener Wasserschaden ist deutlich im Zimmer sichtbar. Luft im Zimmer allgemein nicht gut. Küche wurde erneuert, jedoch sind die alten Ränder und Verschmutzungen auf den Wänden sehr deutlich zu sehen. Die Betten haben ihre Lebensdauer auch schon länger überstanden. Kurz gesagt. Gebucht weil Preis ok schien, ist aber nicht einmal das Wert.

I chose it for the distance from the train station and price. I was not expecting greatness, just a place to sleep. Most things were fine. The little courtyard is nice and the room is big. I was rather mad that the air conditioner did not work. Which on its own is totally fine, there are only sheets for covers anyway. The problem was that it did not cool but it did leak all over my clothes through the night, soaking them to the point of being a puddle and I was not able to get ahold of anyone to try and dry my stuff. I had to wear my 6foot husbands dirty/sweat smelling clothes from the day before (where we walked 9 miles) and wet shoes to the tour we had scheduled that morning because nothing was open and I couldn't even borrow their dryer. I tried reaching out and got no reply before we had to leave. I did get a message back that afternoon that they were sorry for the inconvenience....... for that response alone I would not got back. I get that you weren't the one who had to smell in too big of clothes and wear wet shoes but that response just irked me.

Falta de mantenimiento: aire acondicionado tira agua arriba de la mesa, lavatorios tapados, manchas de humedad en las paredes, cubrecamas con mancha de tinta, veladores sin lámpara, falta de vajilla(solo había 1plato y 1 vaso). Ubicación muy ruidosa. La ubicación es muy buena para el q viene con tren. La recepcionista muy amable.
