A historic and elegant apartment located on the second floor of a building with an elevator (NOT wheelchair accessible). There are 6 steps at the entrance.

With 95 square meters of space, it accommodates 4 people in two bedrooms.

The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM 1: double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m), walk-in closet, split A/C;

- BEDROOM 2: double sofa bed (1.40 m x 1.90 m), Smart TV, fan;

- Spacious living room: wooden table with chairs, bookcase, split A/C;

- KITCHEN: electric stovetop (4 burners), refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, moka pot, washer-dryer, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM: shower, bidet, sink, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, mosquito nets, desk with chair, air conditioning (living room and bedroom 1).



PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom 1 has two entrances and is separated from Bedroom 2 by a sliding door, so you can sleep in a single open space or in two separate rooms.

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

The apartment is located in the Rione Sallustiano, which was built toward the end of the 19th century, and is characterized by numerous stately buildings and offices. Its center is the quiet Piazza Sallustio, the district’s only true square, where the remains of the Horti Sallustiani—from which the district takes its name—can still be seen today. The neighborhood, well-served by public transportation, also enjoys a strategic location for conveniently exploring the Eternal City.

-From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment by taking the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, from where you can continue on foot for 12 minutes, or you can take one of the many bus lines (including the 38/360/495) that stop just a few meters from the property.



-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 520 to Cinecittà and getting off at the Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop (9 stops), where you can transfer to Metro Line An and get off at the Repubblica (15 stops), located 850 meters from the property.



-From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in 12 minutes, or you can take one of the many bus lines (including the 38, 360, and 495) that stop just a few meters from the property.



-If you’re traveling by car, please note that the nearest paid parking lot is the Super Garage, located just a few meters from the property on the same street (A. Salandra No. 12). Alternatively, you can park in the blue-line parking spaces on the streets surrounding the property.



-To explore the city, you can choose between two metro stations near the apartment: “Repubblica” and “Barberini” (850 and 350 meters away, respectively), or take one of the many buses, such as numbers 60, 61, or 82, which stop just a short walk from the apartment.
