The Space:

The apartment is set on a single level and features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, comfortably hosting up to 4 people. The home is completed by a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker. Air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, TV, courtesy set, hair dryer and iron. Room-darkening shades ensure rest even during the brightest hours.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment for exclusive use. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability. Access note: the apartment is on the ground floor but, from the building entrance, you need to climb about 20 steps to reach the door; there is no elevator.



The Neighborhood:

One of Rome's most prestigious areas: the Ludovisi district, a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. From your doorstep you can walk to the Trinità dei Monti staircase, Via Condotti and its boutiques, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the gardens of Villa Borghese. Restaurants, historic cafés and elegant shops are all nearby. A location that puts the best of central Rome literally outside your door.



Getting Around:

The area is perfectly walkable and most of the landmark sights can be reached on foot. The Spagna metro station (Line A) is a few minutes away and quickly connects you to Termini, St. Peter's and the rest of the city. Numerous bus lines serve the area. From the airport, we recommend the Leonardo Express train to Termini and then the metro, or a private transfer on request.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

The apartment is delivered clean and sanitized at every arrival.

Access: the property is on the ground floor but requires climbing about 20 steps from the building entrance; there is no elevator.

Luggage storage: we partner with Radical Storage, with storage points all over Rome. Guests get 10% off with our dedicated code.

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
