Kleurrijk B&B dichtbij station.
Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig: bed, bad en brood. De eigenaar is (bijna) altijd aanwezig en meer dan bereid je adviezen te geven over uitstapjes, openbaar vervoer, restaurants e.d. De kamers zijn schoon en rijkelijk gedecoreerd. Het meubilair is gedateerd, maar alles functioneert. De bedden zijn aan de korte en harde kant. Het straatje en de entree van B&B Cappellini ogen shabby, maar wij hebben geen onprettig gevoel gehad, ook niet 's avonds laat. Het is een zeer levendige buurt (bij het station) en kan dus rumoerig zijn. Als je een slechte slaper bent, krijg je oordopjes van de eigenaar. Het eenvoudige ontbijt wordt aan een grote tafel geserveerd waardoor je gemakkelijk in gesprek raakt met andere gasten. De locatie van het B&B is uitstekend: je loopt in 20 minuten naar het Colosseum; in de nabije omgeving zijn talloze restaurants, een supermarkt, aziatische winkeltjes. De metro is op enkele minuten loopafstand.

Apesar de ter um aspeto dúbio, a zona envolvente não apresenta qualquer risco para as pessoas. Apercebemo-nos disso com o passar dos dias. Chegamos ao hotel e fomos recebidos pelo sr. Lee, responsável, de uma amabilidade enorme, que se mostrou prestável e até nos sugeriu uma rota de visita à cidade. O quarto onde ficamos tinha ar condicionado, casa de banho privativa e ainda tínhamos acesso a wifi grátis e com velocidade moderada. Os pequenos almoços servidos pelo sr Lee eram à base de pão, croissant, tostas, muitas compotas, café e leite. No aspeto geral, gostamos muito da estadia.

Very convenient location& great customer service
We had a great stay at Cappellini. The owner was so helpful and was doing his best to make our stay a pleasant experience. The B&B is not in the nicest area but we felt safe, even walking at night. If we go back to Rome, we will definitely stay at Cappellini!

One night. Off train and going to airport next day. Ideal location as beside termini. Owner Pasquale very friendly and gave directions to good restaurant. Our opinion was divided on the b&b. I felt it was adequate and found breakfast, in the lobby, generous. My wife felt the room was not up to standard and would pay more to stay elsewhere again. No problem leaving luggage till ready to depart and P. gaves us details of all options to the airport.Mature couple.

This B n B was not as advertized . It was in bad areas and the room looked dirty and terrible. We had pre paid for the night but we chose to lose the money and look for a safer and cleaner place to spend the night

L'hote est au petits soins et vous conseillera parfaitement, les chambres sont propres et faites tous les jours, le frigo et le coffre sont très pratique. Le Petit dejeuner n'etait pas vraiment bon , le lit à ressort peut incommoder certains et la rue n'a pas l'air très sûre mais tout s'est bien passé.

A nice spot within easy reach from the main station, and pascalle was very hospitipal and welcoming, even a little gift! The room was good, spacious,with some added character, and great value for money. Maybe the neighbourhood can feel a bit intimidating and the beds a little too firm for me, but all in all it's a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Pascal nous a bien accueilli. C'est un gars très serviable.Il nous a envoyé un mail pour savoir l'heure de notre arrivée. Le mail est tombé dans les spams,il nous a comme attendu jusqu'à 15h. Nous avons passé une seule nuit car nous avions déjà réservé un appartement.Nous sommes satisfaits de ce B&B, pas cher, en plus toilettes et douche privées, grande chambre avec petit déjeuné...

Reasonable choice near Termini with a gracious ho
This is a budget choice near Termini station. The building is faded, the rooms of a uniquedecor, but the host, Lee, an involved and most gracious host. The units are part of a suite of rooms on one floor of an apartment building with a small sign on the door and an intercom for access. Once you find it, Lee will orient you to where the best restaurants are and how to best access the sites in the area.

그냥 그저그런 숙소입니다.
우선 테르미니역 근처가 차이나 타운이 형성되어있어.. 중국인분들 많이 볼수있습니다. 그리고 동네 분위기가 매우 무섭습니다. 관광가이드 말로는 차이나타운이 형성된후 치안이 더 보안되었다고는 하지만.. 잘 모르겠습니다.. 숙소 찾아가는 골몰길이 매우 무서워요 ㅜㅜ 숙소 도착하면 밑에 층은 한인민박집.. 여기는 중국인분이 운영하는 곳입니다. 아저씨 매우 매우 친절하십니다. 조식은 빵이 나오는데.. 한인민박집 밥냄새가 솔솔 올라와서 빵이 많이 초라해 지더군요...ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 침대에 민감하신분들.. 여기 침대 푹푹 꺼집니다.

Great experience
We booked this place very last minute and were very pleasantly surprised. It definutely exceeded our expectations. It's steps away from termini station which is really convenient because that's where Rome's two metro lines connect. The room was nice and big,very clean and had all ammenities needed including your own private bathroom. The owner of the B and B was extremely kind and very helpful. The best part it was very affordable and included a breakfast.

O dono do hotel é muito simpático, fica bem próximo da estação termini e de locais de interesse turístico. Hotel pequeno, simples e ótimo custo- benefício.

A Great Bargain near Termini
The cute and centrally located B&B Cappellini had a quiet, spacious, sparking clean room, great shower, and personalized service. It is literally steps away from Termini station (for better or worse- great when needing to catch an early train) but on a quiet street. Pasquale, the host, was very gracious. My only complaint is that the mattress was terribly old and uncomfortable. Springs poking out of it uncomfortable. Step up and get some new ones! Then you will be 5 stars...

A walk around Rome
Walking distance from the Termini. Great location for walking all around Rome on a limited budget. There is, however, a $14.00 fee due at checkout. There is a good Change (money conversion) store right across the street from the bus termini. Pasquale is very helpful, he provides a good map of the area, including all of the tourist sites. The breakfast is very simple, but good. The locals can be loud during the night, but not too bad. Overall, it was a good experience.

夜9時過ぎに到着予定をメールしたら、その時間に玄関外で待っていてくれたリー氏の心遣いに感激。確かに入口はわかりづらいです。中華街のような雰囲気を除けば、治安は悪くないし、駅から近いので、悪くない。コスパはいいと思います。朝食の簡素さは仕方ないので、別に外へ食べにいけばいい話でしょう。

テルミニ駅から徒歩でほんとわずかのところにあるB&B。 地下鉄の駅も近いので、ホテルに荷物を降ろし、すぐ観光スポットへ向かうことができました。 オーナーはアジア系の男性でしたがとても親切でした。 まず、予約完了後間もなくメールにてチェックイン時間を聞かれました(英語)。それに返信すると、今度は駅から宿までの道順が、地図付きで送られてきました。 その他、宿での対応も親切の一言につきます。 部屋もキレイで内装も可愛かったです。シャワーまわりはまあまあ。朝食はシンプルだが、B&Bなので不満には思いませんでした。 宿の周辺は中華系のお店が多いように思えました。細い道を通らなければ、治安は問題なしです。

I wanted a room close to the train station. The subway in Rome is very easy to use and therefore most tourist sites are easy to get to including the airport. Owner is very nice and helpful.

飛行機が遅れて、夜に到着しました。オーナーはホテル外で出迎えてくれました。看板が小さいので見つけにくいと思います。飛行場から電車で行きました。テルミネ駅からホテルに歩く間にホームレスが10人くらいいました。 １泊の滞在でしたが、オーナは親切で個性的な中国系のおねぇの男性でした。イタリア8年目？だそうです。 お部屋は手作りのファンキーな感じで、シャワーやトイレの水圧も良かったです。ただ、タオルはとても古く固いものでした。 夜に到着しましたが、オーナーが安全だといってくれたので、おすすめ場所とるルートを聞いて23時から観光を始めました。電車も沢山人がいましたし、観光場所にも結構人がいました。私がアメリカ在住だからかもしれませんが、全然危険な雰囲気はなく、少し空いている感じで夜景観光をあるいて出来て満足です。

駅前便利な宿
駅、空港発着のシャトルバス停留所からも徒歩数分の便利な立地にある宿。 荷物用のエレベーター有りの3階。 部屋はもちろん広くないですが、寝起きだけなら十分。 中国出身のオーナー、リーさんはとても親切で、夜遅くに到着する旨をメールしておいたところ、すぐに心配ない旨の返信があり、当日は建物の外で到着するのを待っていてくれました。 ローマの安宿は看板が無く、見つけにくいのですが、助かりました。 到着してすぐ、滞在日数にあわせたローマの旅のプランも提案してくれました。 宿周辺は静かですし、日本人にも安心感のある宿だと思いました。

駅の裏手で、お世辞にも雰囲気の良い所ではないし、ホテルというよりは、下宿屋と言った方が良い感じで、ヨーロッパを初めてうきうき気分で旅行をする方にはお勧めできませんが、Value for Moneyを考えると、かなり良いホテルです。旅慣れた方はどうぞ。特にOwnerはいろいろ気を使ってくれるし、親切だし、このホテルの真の魅力は施設的な面ではなく、Ownerの気遣いにあると思います。もうすぐ引っ越すらしいですけど。
