  • This is sky bridge. The most massive arch in Red River. it spans over a hundred feet and about 50 feet in the air. Probably the most famous arch in Red River, it has been seen in movies. Many astro-photographers flock here because of it's structure and clear skyline. If you get a chance, the trail is only .8 miles and very much worth it. You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sage Chalet. Daniel was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful from booking through checkout. The cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our family. My husband, our three children, and I celebrated his birthday there, and it was absolutely perfect.The place was extremely well stocked throughout. They thought of everything you could need; dishes, utensils, toiletries and more, which is not always the case with rentals. They even had an electric car charger, which was a very pleasant surprise. The cabin was very clean, well maintained. We had no issues at all during our stay.We would absolutely stay again and I highly recommend The Sage Chalet. You will not be disappointed.

It was clean and neat. Plenty of towels and appreciated the soap, shampoo/conditioner, pods for washing machine and dishwasher, lots of coffee 👍, great hot tub and fire pit area. Our only surprise was that the third “bedroom” was actually a loft without a door for privacy. We also appreciated the ease of checkout with the simple cleanup requests. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Thank you!!

Just a Quick Getaway

We absolutely loved The Sage Chalet! We came to watch our oldest perform with his band and to see if we want to revisit in the fall. The cabin is close to where we needed to be, had all the comforts of home, and the owner answered all of my crazy questions with the utmost patience! Definitely will be back again to visit and hopefully the county road department will do some road maintenance before then!! (Seriously, that is the only complaint we had and that's no fault of the owners.)

Fun Family Time at the Gorge

Property is in a perfect location. We used the hot tub, firepit and grill. Went on some great hikes during the day and relaxed in the evening. We had 2 cabins with the same property mgmt. company and both were very clean and had everything. They called to make sure all was good. Perfect little vacation.
