The walkout basement includes a family room setting with flat screen TV and quality family room set with a sofa bed with a queen size memory foam mattress. This open room also includes a day bed with a trundle that together converts into a king size bed or may be used as two twin beds. Both the day bed and trundle have memory foam mattresses. The house has a large deck facing east and a screened in porch which faces south toward the woods and wildlife. Plenty of parking for family gatherings. About 5 minutes to the Horseshoe Bend Recreation area (boat launch ramp or swim beach) or Monte Ne. About 7 miles to Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and less than 10 miles to the Pinnancle Hills shopping mall. About 25 to 35 minutes to Crystal Bridges, University of Arkansas - Razorbacks, Wal-Mart Home Office, War Eagle Mill, Hobbs State Park, Pea Ridge Military Park or Bud Walton Arena. About an hour to Eureka Springs and Beaver Dam.
