The Blackfin cottage is a very cute 2bedroom cottage with windows and a deck overlooking the bay on Rocky Harbour. Its well equipped kitchen had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It was easy driving distance to many walking trails in the area as well as boat tours. Would definitely recommend this property for 2-4 people.

The property was very well located to go and do all the wonderful activities in Gros Morne. The host was very nice and responded immediately to messages. The living space was not as spacious as we expected but I understand that it was renovated based on existing foundation to preserve family heritage! We had a great time in Rocky Harbour!

Blackfin was a pleasure to stay in. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped and in a great location within walking distance to so much that Rocky Harbour had to offer. And the view was spectacular. We especially enjoyed the fire pit out front during gorgeous sunsets over the water. I highly recommend this property. Thanks.

Beautiful sunsets

This is the perfect place to stay in Rocky Harbour. The porch looks out over the water, and gave us a view of stunning sunsets. It's a quiet area, and a short drive to Gros Morne for hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

Would absolutely recommend The Blackfin to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday! The cottage was a home away from home, perfectly positioned with hiking trails in all directions. Our hosts were extremely warm and accommodating, and we look forward to coming back in the future!
